Terms and conditions for sales and returns

Selecting products

  1. Orkla’s products can be purchased through the site
  2. Products can be added to the shopping cart both in the list view and in the detailed product view.
  3. The shopping cart is located in the menu bar and also displays the total cost of the order (including transport charges, potential package fees and VAT).
  4. After selecting the products, click on the shopping cart link to navigate to the shopping cart view.

Shopping cart

  1. The order can be further modified in the shopping cart view by changing quantities or removing products.
  2. The minimum amount of the shopping cart is €200 + VAT.
  3. VAT is included in the price when paying by bank link or credit card.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.


  1. Placing an order requires entering the person’s details.
  2. A private individual must enter the following: given names, surname, email, contact phone and delivery address.
  3. When ordering as a legal person, you must also enter the company’s registry code, contact phone and, if necessary, the legal address as well as a separate address for receipt of the goods.
  4. When entering the delivery address, start by entering the name of the street or village, wait until the appropriate address appears and then select it.
  5. You can select the desired delivery time from the displayed field after confirming the delivery address.

Delivery and applicable terms and conditions

  1. Goods are delivered only within the Republic of Estonia.
  2. The choice of delivery times depends on the delivery address. Deliveries to different regions are normally made 1 to 2 times a week.
  3. Orders are delivered between 8:00 and 17:00 on the selected day.
  4. The client is responsible for ensuring receipt of the products on the selected date.
  5. The supplier is required to immediately notify the client by phone of any changes to the delivery.

Delivery abroad and applicable terms and conditions

  1. The shopping cart has a weight limit of 35 kg per order. The order can be further modified in the shopping cart view by changing quantities or removing products.
  2. Delivery abroad is available worldwide.
  3. Goods cannot be ordered to the Canary Islands or Åland.
  4. The order is prepared and dispatched from the warehouse of Orkla Eesti AS within seven working days; another 2-5 working days are added for delivery by the carrier.
  5. The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with delivery.
  6. The delivery charge depends on the weight of the goods, the location of the buyer and the delivery method; the transport cost is calculated in the shopping cart – the delivery cost is indicated in the shopping cart after selecting the products, country and postcode.
  7. The free of charge transport threshold only applies when ordering goods in Estonia.
  8. A tracking link will be sent to the email address you have provided with your order once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier and is ready to leave the warehouse of Orkla Eesti AS.

  10. Shipments may incur additional customs duties not included in the order value.
  11. You will be notified of any customs duties to be paid once the goods have reached the customs office. Read more here!
  12. Orders may take longer to prepare if the preparation time falls on a public holiday. If a public holiday falls on a working day, the maximum preparation period is postponed by the number of days corresponding to the public holiday.

Payment for orders

  1. Individuals and legal persons can pay by bank link (Coop, LHV, Luminor, SEB, Swedbank) or credit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa).
  2. Companies can also order based on an invoice/e-invoice.
  3. Pre-ordered products can also be purchased with a pre-paid invoice (this option is available seasonally, e.g. for selected goods during the Christmas period).
  4. When using a prepayment invoice, the invoice must be paid no later than three working days after placing the order; the order will be processed after payment.
  5. State agencies are sent an e-invoice no later than one working day after the delivery of the goods.
  6. Contractual customers are bound by the payment deadline agreed upon in the contract.
  7. Orders can only be paid for in euros.
  8. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

Cancellation and return of goods

  1. You can cancel or change your order at least three working days before the delivery date by sending an email to
  2. The seller has the right to cancel the sale of the goods in a situation where a technical error has caused the price of the product offered in the Online Store to be unreasonably low compared to the normal market price of the product (price error), it is not clearly stated that the goods are sold at a special price and the goods have not been handed over to the buyer.
  3. Please email one copy of the return form to and deliver the other copy together with the products to the warehouse of Orkla Eesti AS from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 16:00 at Põrguvälja tee 6, Lehmja, Rae rural municipality, 75306 Harju county.
  4. The customer will organise and bear the cost of the return transport.
  5. You have the right to cancel the order and return the products provided that the products are unused and undamaged, in their original packaging, and have been stored and transported according to the terms and conditions (including temperature) specified on the invoice-accompanying document.
  6. Refunds made by the seller in accordance with these terms and conditions will be processed within seven working days of the delivery date specified in the order. Refunds will be made to the same bank account the buyer used to pay for the order.
  7. If the buyer withdraws from the order and the returned products are found to be in conformity, the seller will refund the buyer for the cost of the order, free of delivery charges, within seven calendar days of taking back the products.
